Cream and strawberry glass
Ingredients for 4 units:
- Sugar 80 grs
- White cheese 300 grs
- Strawberry yoghurt 250 grs
- Patagonia berries strawberry jam 240 grs
- Strawberry gravy
Put the marmalade in a small bowl and beat it with a fork until its texture is smooth and uniform. Distribute it in the bottom of the glasses and take them to the fridge.
Mix the white cheese with sugar and beat until the mixture becomes creamy. Then add the yoghurt and keep on beating until all the ingredients are well integrated. Put the mixture in the glasses and take them to the fridge until they harden. Decorate with the strawberry gravy.
